Secondary Email Address
With employee lifecycle surveys, such as exit surveys, we understand that administrators need to be able to send a survey to both an employee's company and personal email address to increase the likelihood of that employee completing the survey. We are pleased to announce that administers can now include a secondary employee email address in CultureIQ by uploading an employee file with two email addresses per employee. Once the survey has been deployed the employee will receive the email invitation to complete the survey in both their company and personal inbox.
To build and upload secondary email addresses, please work with your CultureIQ Program Manager.
We are excited to announce a couple of enhancements to the PowerPoint reports in CultureIQ. When exporting PowerPoints, the breakout categories will now appear in the order in which they were selected on-screen. In addition, the first row of the PowerPoint Score Grid slide will now display your Filter A overall results for easy reference.
Employees Tab Enhancements
We've been hard at work to make enhancements to how we handle an employee's email address or phone number that has been found undeliverable upon survey launch. Administrators now have the ability to swap out an undeliverable email address to a phone number (and vice-versa) right inside of the CultureIQ platform.
