Please fill out the help desk form so that we can resend your survey link to you. If you are not eligible to participate in the survey, we will let you know so that you can contact your internal survey team with any questions.
My survey is showing as already completed but I did not take it.Please reply to us with your approval to delete the data in your survey and we will reset your survey for you.
The survey links are unique. If you by chance forwarded your survey email to a colleague and they clicked the link and completed the survey, then your survey would show as completed.
If you did forward your email, please instruct colleagues who could have mistakenly completed the survey using your unique link to reach out to us for assistance.
I cannot access my survey.Here are some troubleshooting tips that you can try:
The survey currently works on Internet Explorer 9 and above, Google Chrome, FireFox and Safari. You may also take the survey using a smartphone or tablet.

• Clear your browser cache and open a new browser window.
• Upgrade your browser version

The survey closed before I could complete it, can I get it resent to me?
We are sorry but as the survey deadline has passed, we are unable to re-open it as the results are processed. Thank you for your interest. There will be additional opportunities to provide feedback in future surveys.
How do I know this is confidential?• All surveys are taken over a secure connection.
• Your responses will only be grouped with those of other respondents for reporting and specific identifiers such as email or name are not included in reports.
• We never display fewer than the minimum number of responses when showing results.
