We are pleased to announce key new product enhancements available as of February 14th, 2019. The key product enhancements you can take advantage of with this release are listed below, with additional details on how to use the functionality in linked articles.
- Self Themed Comment Questions
- Multiple Non-Manager Hierarchies
- Question Sets
- Employee File Export Updates
- Manager Hierarchy Settings
Self Themed Comment Questions
Enabling survey takers to select a topic that corresponds to their comment makes it easier to analyze qualitative data. Clients use the self-theming comment option for open response questions to allow employees to categorize their own comments.
- For more information on using Self-Themed Comment Questions in your surveys contact your CulutureIQ Program Manager.
Multiple (Non-Manager) Hierarchies
Organizations often want to define hierarchical structures outside of a "Manager" hierarchy, such as one based on Location, Business Unit, or even both. These hierarchies can then be used as a filter when viewing survey results, and can also be used when assigning Manager access such as giving a Manager access to view results for a specific City and Business Unit within your hierarchies.
Question Sets allow the ability to provide a more granular level of control over what survey questions a user within a specific role can see when viewing survey results.
- For more information on using Question Sets with your survey results, contact your CultureIQ Program Manager.
Employee File Export Updates
The Employee File Export has been updated to include columns for any non-manager hierarchy defined in the Employee Upload Wizard.
Manager Hierarchy Settings
A Settings modal has been added to Manager style hierarchies which gives the user the option to toggle between including a node's (manager's) response within its own group or within the parent group. The default for Manager hierarchies is to include the node response within the parent group. To switch this setting when viewing a Manager Hierarchy, click on the settings icon to the right of the hierarchy name.
