Translations in Reporting
Reports can now be translated into any language included in the survey at the time of survey launch. (For instructions on translating a report as well as full list of available languages, see the links below)
Bulk Tagging of Comments
Comments can now be tagged in bulk, providing a quick an easy way to tag all of the comments shown on screen at once. This comes in handy when you're applying filters to the comments and/or searching for a specific word(s) or phrase.
Additional "Report" Tabs
Reports have been enhanced to include the "Response Rates" and "Score Grid" tabs providing additional insights and a more holistic view of your survey results.
Report List Filtering
It's now easier to find the Report you're looking for by applying a filter to the "List of Reports" tab. Simply create a filter the same way you would across the other survey results tabs and you'll only see Reports that have been generated with those filter groups.
While uploading your Employee File and creating your Manager Hierarchy you can now use the same field for both your "Authorization (PIN)" field and your "Employee Identifier." This is beneficial as a good number of organizations use the same EmployeeID (or similar) field for both a way to authorize survey takers before they're able to take a survey and as the Employee Identifier in a Manager Hierarchy. While EmployeID can be used as the PIN for survey access, EmployeeID should not be used if they are known across employees due to privacy concerns.
