Updating an Invalid Employee

If a survey is sent to an employee and their email address or phone number bounces back, that employee will be marked as invalid. No further email or text will be sent to that email address or phone number until you've updated the distribution. Here's how:

Step 1: Navigate to your 'Employees' tab

Step 2: Select your directory

Step 3: If you have invalid employees within the directory, you'll see a message letting you know that you have invalid employee(s) to update

Step 4: Select the 'click here' hyperlink to view a list of all invalid employees within this directory.

Step 5: Click on the employee's card you want to update

Step 6: You have the following options to update the invalid employee:

  • Fix Employee: This will allow you to enter a new email address or phone number
  • Reattempt: This will re-attempt to send an email or text to the employee
  • Delete: This will remove the invalid employee from your directory entirely
