If you wish to filter the results by different demographic categories (i.e. Location, Tenure, Manager, etc.) there are two ways to gather demographic information about your employees.
The first option is to upload demographic categories in your employee spreadsheet. If you do this, you don't have to include demographic questions.
If you'd like to ask employees to self-select their demographic group, add a demographic question to the survey. Enter a name for your demographic question. Then name you enter will appear as the category name when the results come back.
The demographic question will appear in the survey.
