CultureIQ can send surveys in the following languages. Contact your Program Manager if you would like to enable an additional language for your account.
Spanish (Latin America)
Once a language is enabled, if you send a CultureIQ Assessment (indicated with an IQ logo on the templates page), the questions will automatically populate with the translations for the enabled languages.
If you choose to send a custom survey or use another survey template, you can enter translations for your survey questions in the survey builder. As you enter the questions in English, you will be required to enter the translations for the enabled languages.
Click on ‘Required Translation’ to enter the translation for the enabled languages. Select the language and enter the text that corresponds with the English question.
To remove the language, click remove.
Once the required translations are completed, you will be able to toggle between the English and translated language by selecting a language in the drop down.
You can preview the survey by clicking on the preview button. You will see the enabled languages on the landing page.
On the Configure page you can add a custom message to the survey email. If you input an English custom email, then add the translation for the enabled language(s) by selecting the language from the drop down. Note: The survey email will default to English and the language options will appear at the bottom of the survey email.
You will not be able to confirm the survey until all question translations are entered. You will see the missing translations on the Confirm page.
Fix the translation to confirm the survey.
- When the results come back the questions will appear in the CultureIQ tool in English. Results will not be translated to other languages.
- Comments left by survey takers in other languages will remind in other languages. CultureIQ will not translate the comments to English.
